Event Description:
"We still need to figure out a way to understand and communicate across cultures" - Dr. Omar Ayyash

In today's globalized world, it's more important than ever to be able to work effectively with people from different cultures. But cultural differences can also lead to misunderstandings and conflict.

In this course, you'll learn how to:
  • Identify and understand your own cultural background
  • Recognize the building blocks of other cultures
  • Adapt your approach to different cultural contexts
  • Build trust and rapport with people from all over the world.
Whether you're working with international clients, colleagues, or partners, this course will give you the tools you need to succeed in a global business environment. Here at the WTC-KY we are committed to providing enriching learning opportunities to our current and potential members. It was with this mission in mind that we've decided to partner with KnowledgeWorkx, a renowned intercultural learning and development organization, to create our brand-new Intercultural Agility Training. In only six sessions, experts will guide you through how to understand your own cultural background, as well as how to bridge cultural gaps and invisible boundaries in the workplace.
